1. Identification

MAREA (marea.best) is an online jewelry store. By browsing this site and placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and prices

Descriptions, colors and images are for reference and may differ slightly from the physical piece. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

3. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed through PayPal in US dollars (USD). Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved. MAREA does not store card data: it is handled by PayPal's secure platform.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout. MAREA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (couriers) or for customs procedures or charges in the destination country.

5. Warranty and returns

Every MAREA jewel carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date you receive your order. To claim it, the piece must show the defect under normal use —it does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, contact with chemicals or natural wear—, keep its packaging where possible, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. If you wish to exchange or return a piece, contact us within 10 days of receiving it so we can authorize the process. When the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, MAREA covers the return shipping cost; if it is an exchange for personal preference, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Custom or made-to-order pieces may be excluded from exchange.

6. Intellectual property

The MAREA brand, its texts, images, logos and design are its property. Their reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". MAREA strives for the greatest possible availability and accuracy, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Changes to the terms

MAREA may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
